Returns

  • You can return a product within 7 days of receiving it.

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Certain items like perfumes or earrings (for hygiene reasons) may not be returnable unless there is a defect.

Return Process

  2. Share your order ID and reason for return.

  3. Once your request is approved, we will guide you with the return steps.

  4. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 working days through your original payment method.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), we will refund via bank transfer or mobile wallet.

No Refund/Return Cases

  • If the item is damaged due to customer mishandling.

  • If 7 days have passed since delivery.

  • For customized or clearance sale items.
